My Current Summer Favs

I’m sorry I haven’t posted in a while, life and work have gotten in the way! lol but that is no excuse so here I am with a few of my current summer favs! It has been getting pretty hot and humid so I have some good products i’ve been loving to beat the heat!

GUYS! This foundation has changed the game for me. It is THE BEST drug store foundation out there. I typically wear Too Faced “Born This Way” but I wanted something a little cheaper to wear during the week at work. I tried this one and was instantly hooked! It literally lasts all day, even when i’m doing a wedding! Its really amazing and I suggest trying it if your looking for a new affordable foundation!
This is my second holy grail foundation at the moment! It’s the same as the one above but it’s more sheer and gives more of a glow! I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this for people with oily skin because it will probably slide right off and wont control oil at all. But for normal to dry skin types its the best! I typically wear this on days I don’t want to wear a full face or I am just running out for a few hours. It looks amazing on the skin and gives just the right amount of coverage and glow!!
OKAY, whoever thought of this idea is a GENIUS! These are self-tanning drops that you add to your daily face moisturizer…I know GENIUS!!!! You can add 1-12 drops ( i know, big difference lol) but I usually do 5-6 drops every other day. It gives amazing color to your face and it’s so simple to add into your routine since you are already putting on face moisturizer everyday (and if you’re not you should be!!). It comes in light, medium and dark, I use the medium ones and it’s perfect! You should always be putting sunscreen on your face to prevent premature aging and/or skin cancer and these drops will help keep your face looking just as tan as your body! They truly are magical! lol
Again, this is another summer holy grail product that you must have if you have trouble getting your foundation to stay alllllllll dayyyyyyy longgggg! This is a “gripping primer” and the name literally says it all. It primes the skin while also giving your skin a bit of a “grip" so that your foundation can stick to it. This specific one is also hydrating which is amazing because most gripping primers are not. This does make your skin feel a bit sticky but dont panic..once you put your foundation on that feeling goes right away. If you sweat a lot or are going to an outdoor wedding or just want your makeup to stay all day in general, you definitely need this product in your life!!!

I had been eyeing this palette for awhile and I finally pulled the trigger and I am so glad that I did! This palette is such a steal, it comes with two bronzers, two blushes and a highlighter, a $150.00 value for $60.00! It includes my favorite bronzer “Hoola” and two of my fav blushes “Dandelion” and “GALifornia” and the other bronzer “Dallas” is amazing for adding some warmth to the face and the highlighter “Tickle” gives the perfect glow! It is just an all around perfect summer palette and the packaging is super cute! It is a limited addition so I would scoop one up before they discontinue it!
